Orange Boxx 5th Gen Fix

All companies out of the box does not make the best designs. While we all try to cover all bases in our designs we make mistakes. Those mistake is showing that we are trying. With all this said. If you bought a 5th Gen PSD rack from us and they rattle? If you have not gotten a email from us let us know. We have a fix for this problem.
We have been honest from the start and we stand by our equipment. Please allow us to fix it and we can continue to make products for your Toyota,Jeep and many other brands we cover.

To all that ordered our 5th gen PSD Molle/fist racks. We strive to make things right with our customers. We found out after testing these longer that they rattled. We have our fix for you. If you have not received an email from us. Please respond to this. We will get you on our mailing list to get your fix out to you.

The fix consist of

1- bolt on bracket that comes with all new orders of our 5th Gen racks (all brackets have been powder coated matte black textured. )
1-Bolt package
New stand offs

This package solid mounts our rack to your 5th Gen much like out 4th gen racks. These brackets have been tested over the last months in several 5th Gens both unloaded and loaded. They do not rattle.

Yes you will be the test guy for that fix as soon as it is cut and formed.

I just received my fix packet today. I'm not the most mechanically inclined. The instructions from the email isn't helping a whole lot. Would someone be able to post a picture of the finished install of the fix? Thanks.

Yes sure we have been met with very successful reviews with this fix. The test went very good and has proven to be a very stable in both empty and loaded. A rattle fee mounting system.

Please loosing all mounting points.This fix and mounting system will push the complete design to the correct position.

was already super happy with my dual sides. I had used some heavy duty picture frame wire to connect that same rear bolt to the corner, jury rigged for sure, but had same goal. This is a much better/secure/proper solution.

installed my set today! Drivers side was already lined up and went on no problem.

passenger side I needed to loosen the top and front bolts to align and it was on easily too.

Definitely feels more secure, and the extra attention to detail with the bracket having those lower drilled holes for misc attachments was a nice touch!
