Original Window sticker.....

Since we've been going through this speedo cable mess( noisey, faulty cable, Toyota on the search for a cable), I've had a chance to go through a lengthy file(3 inches thick with receipts) on our 1990 4runner and found the original window sticker. This truck was $22,140.00 new! That seems like a lot. Turns out if one calculated that price in 2011 dollars, it would be $37,500.00 which is probably close to what a new one runs today. It's fun to see what they charged for options back then.
Does anybody else have their window stickers for their trucks? Have a good weekend everyone.

Yep I still have my window sticker. When I saw what he payed for the options I was schocked.

I had Toyota service department pull up the history when i bought it. 94 sr5 4x4 with every option minus alarm... $28,640. I couldn't believe it. That's how much I paid for my 2008 Prius Touring.

I drive 106 mi round trip to work. It's strictly my commuter car. I bought it with 4 mi on it in April 2008 and I now have 117,673 logged on it. I love my Prius, it's one of the best cars i've ever owned.
