Other Interests among 4Runner Owners

I tend to immerse myself in a new interest for a time, from months to years, then something else will draw my attention.
Going all the way back to childhood (I'm 63):
Plastic car and aircraft models, London distance running, martial arts, road cycling/racing, motorcycle touring and road and drag racing, automotive drag racing and wrenching in general, firearms, archery, PCs and gaming, RC & free flight planes/gliders, RC cars, we have and board horses though not really a hobby.
The last 15 years most of my time is consumed as an OTR truck driver. On the road 5-6 days a week. My 1-2 days off are spent getting ready for the next week on the road.

"ghost towns" is making my imagination run wild? Where too? Man, I wish your website was still up...I would LOVE to take a look.

Also share the love for guns, but mostly I do reloading and restoring/building and less actual shooting. At least, not as much as I would like.

Eastern California, Nevada primarily. Been doing for over 50 years. I took my website down in 2012. It became a burden to keep it up. It wasn’t set up to be a paying proposition, nor was it one. I hunt small upland game and elk. Playing with guns usually means taking a couple of jackrabbits daily from my porch to feed the two dogs.

Fishing, all types, freshwater to saltwater, but mostly freshwater fly fishing in SW Montana of late. Have a Clackacraft Eddy drift boat which I have towed with the 4Runner, but mostly use my 1999 K2500 Suburban 4wd diesel. Also have single man pontoon boats to use on the rivers. Not doing any serious rapids like the rafting posts here, just fishing and making it home alive.

Is that a brown trout? Nice looking fish! I"m getting started into fishing! I miss fresh trout from Wa! I remember going fishing with my grandparents during the summers when they would take me camping up in the Cascades.

That's a brown trout. Fall fish on the streamer.
