So I'm in Tennessee for a few weeks, right near the town of Alcoa and like 15 mins from Knoxville. I've seen there is a few off-road parks near by and a lot of built jeeps. I'm looking to take my t4r off road, nothing to serious and I not really wanting to go to a park. Maybe some good back roads or state service roads. You guys know of anything like that?

I know you said no off-road parks, but the Apalachian Toyota Round-Up is this weekend and I'm going. It's supposed to be a ton of fun! I'm not participating in the actual event- just going to Windrock Park on Saturday and going to Royal Blue WMA on Sunday. You're welcome to join if you want. I probably wont be doing any hardcore stuff this time also.

Windrock is the bomb, there's a lot of good trails up there. They range all the way from dirt roads to stuff only for rock buggies. My 4Runner did some pretty moderate trails Just fine stock. I get lots of funny looks cause no one has ever seen a 4th gen wheeling up there lol

Hey all, Wife, youngest and myself are going to run up to the round-up shortly. [MENTION=130385]sureshootin[/MENTION] there are plenty of places to hit the dirt roads, especially up towards lafollete area.

Thanks I read you need a fire extinguisher? Is that just for the event areas?

There's several back roads in the spring hill, Columbia area.
