Outer tie rods not lining up after lift

So I’m putting an OME lift on my truck, I’m replace LBJs and inner and outer tie rods while I’m at it... all Oem parts for that stuff. The problem is, the geometry seems to be so off after getting the fronts in that I can’t get my tie rods back on. Did I do something wrong? Do I need more parts like UCAs to correct this? I’m also rubbing a coil near the UCA. Here are some pics... wheelers assembled these BTW.

So try to smack it with a hammer or something? I was scared to flatten the threads

Turn your Knuckle toward tie rod end ?

Your suspension is extended all the way is why UBJ area is touching spring.

Put weight of that corner on springs by lifting with floor jack to compress suspension, preload suspension. This can help with tie rod end connection.

I would put the tie rod on before installing the coilovers. As mentioned, the coilover is pushing everything down and making it harder than it has to be to connect it.

Yup. Did this on the other side and it was much easier. Got everything back together. It was insanely hot, but it’s done! Thanks guys!
