P0171

Hi guys, I have a 2001 4runner v6 3.4 4wd 5sr with 153k odm my obd2 is showing p0171 I changed almost every thing and I am steel getting the p0171 code.
I am leaving in a city with an altitude around 2300 can this be the reason?

your altitude would not be the problem. I would include everything you cleaned and changed before anyone can give any real insight to what else it may be. be as detailed as possible.

maintenance done:
1- New MAF sensor
2- New o2 sensor
3- New Air filter
4- New fuel filter
5- Cleaned fuel injectors
6- Cleaned fuel tank
7- Cleaned throttel body
8- No vacuum leak
9- No exhust leak
10- Removed catalytic converter
11- New spark plugs
12- New spark wires
13- PVC
14- Grounding wire is fine
15- Timing belt
16- Just cleaned the fuel filter yesterday
Current odm 153k all new parts are original Denso.
after all of that nothing sames to work I am still having P0171 check engine along with VSC lights too. The car sames to work fine with no symptoms exempt for very bad fuel consumption full tank around 260mil

Hell, better gas consumption than me! Only thing left really is your fuel pump but I would test to verify it.

Thanks man could you tell me how to check it?
As I know if the fuel pump is starting to fail the car will stop if the pump start to heat it also will throw a different code.
I have an idea if I installed an air performance kit would it help since the error code is sys too lean which is less air coming to the engine.

In "old school" terms, a lean mixture is too much air. Rich mixture is too much fuel.
