painting fenders

I have a white t4r with the silver limtited fenders (as shown in my pictures)and I want to paint them more like a dark gunmetal. I like the Duplicolor gunmetal wheel paint. Would thid work? How would I go about taking the panels off the door to paint? Etc.

i have a white t4r limeted and just painted mine black, i dont rcomend taking the trim off.

if you do you have to go buy all new clips to put it back on. all new clips, rivets, and hooks cost around 60$
