Painting the wipers and vent below them.

So I took the wipers and the vent below them off. Painted them with bed liner for a nice new look. The vent was turning this nasty faded color and wipers were having spots appear on them. And now I cant get the wipers to be level which is very annoying.

When I repainted my wiper arms I had similar difficulty. I found if you line up the wiper blade with the dirt marks on the windshield it repositions them correctly. Play with it a little, you'll find the sweet spot.

what brand paint did you use?

Just use a piece of masking tape on to mark the location of the blade. That's what the technicians do at the body shop when they have to pull the blades off.
