In short, avoid! First, they always try to push dubious work on you like the ubiquitous "throttle body cleaning". Second, they don't appear to know a great deal about Toyota trucks and, for example, suggested I could just have the two front shocks of an XREAS system replaced (AFAIK you cannot). But the kicker is that last time I took my 4runner there for an oil change and other assorted stuff I later checked the engine and found that they had removed the air intake hose (maybe to put in a new air filter I requested, maybe to see if they could push the throttle body cleaning on me) and managed to pinch it when putting it back so it was not fully covering the body intake. Luckily I caught it after only about 10 miles driven. Maybe, the conspiracy theorist in me wonders, it was a ruse to REALLY make me need a throttle body cleaning... and some additional expensive work after the engine ingested a ton of crap.
