Parting 96 SR5

My daughter totaled our 4Runner last Monday when we had some snow and ice here in Denver area. Car has a little over 200K miles on it completely stock, manual transmission, e-lock differential, desert dune exterior, tan leather interior, tow package, roof rack, and no rust. This vehicle was as tight driving as the day I bought her and just had the clutch replaced. My daughter hit a construction trailer head on so damage up front and passenger fender but not rear or sides. I just confirmed today that it is not repairable so (after lurking for several years), I joined the forum and am posting to get it cleared out of my mechanic's area quickly. I will take pictures of exterior and interior tomorrow and post them. And when I get a better look, a better assessment of damage (including engine of course) can be made.

To this point, I have sold nothing. For the vast majority of large items, I will only accept local pickup because my job and other cars just don't leave me time to dismantle, crate, and ship. If it's an issue, I can copy prices I've seen from similar posts and include those. Although new to this particular forum, I am a long time member of Pelican Parts buying, trading, selling personal Porsche parts. I am not in this business. I only want to recover some funds from a vehicle I expected to own forever. I have no desire to deal with CL flakes, so as a Porsche enthusiast, I felt the best place to go was to 4Runner enthusiasts.

Working on compressing pics to get them posted. Apologies for the delay.

I did drive the car home last night, about 4 miles from my mech. Starts right up, drove smoothly, doesn't even drift left or right. If it weren't for the headlights being smashed, I wouldn't have been able to tell it had an accident from the driver's seat. The alternator apparently was not working as I ran out of power right before my house and had to coast a few hunderd feet.

I have a handful of requests for parts that I'm working on pricing. No duplicate requests so far so for those who have asked, if we can agree on price, those parts are yours.

I know this may not be what people want to hear one here... but why part it out if it still runs and drives well? Replace the front end parts and sell it with full disclosure about the repair. I think you'd be money and time ahead by doing this.

Have some pics now.

General: AC, Cruise, Manual, E-Locker, Tow package, Roof rack package, Tan Leather interior (couple of small tears on driver)

Has good doors, tailgate, Pass Fender with minor bend, suspension, taillights, rear bumper, running boards, sunroof,
etc.

Sold Pending final price with shipping:
Cup Holders (to 98Roamer)
Front seat (driver seat on hold for hrt4me unless whole interior goes locally)
Front tow hooks, tool kit (hrt4me)

The rear bumper wouldn't be too bad to ship. I've got good experience with Greyhound on big items. Do you have any preference?

To be clear, what I'm trying to avoid is having to put things on pallets like the 3.4L and extremely bulky/cumbersome stuff like the seats. Not to say I won't do any of those because I personally wouldn't want to miss a deal on something because of where I live and therefore don't want to do that to you guys.

Speaking of which, anyone in the DEN area in the market for this engine? It still runs very well and has been well cared for.

Rear head rests are spoken for but console lid is yours unless someone wants full console in next 2 days. I will PM you.

I will also post an update shortly of taken items.
