Hub cap.
Mind taking a closer pic of a front hub cap? I feel like that sounds like a lot of work for a hub cap, so if it is, don't bother. My '90 is missing one but I have the steel rims so not sure if they are the same. If it's gonna fit, I'll scoop it.
