PCV Hose #2 - Toyota P/N?

Guys, looking for a quick but of (newb) help not sure if I have this hose named right.

It goes from the air box just before the throttle body to the back of the drivers side valve cover - I think it completes the PCV circuit from the front of the passenger side valve cover.

I went over all the part diagrams I could find but the exploded views aren't very clear to me :-/

Everyone carries the hose that goes into the PCV valve but can't for life of me find the second one, here:

I fixed it with some heater hose of same diameter for now but would love to put Toyota part or equivalent on.

That's the one!!! I had narrowed it down to 12261-62050 or 62060.....
