Pelfreybilt battery cage Group buy FEELER

I emailed Michael 4 days ago about this to add to my bumper order, he said they do not have a GB yet and are waiting to start it. So best for the OP to get on him for it. Satin is great to deal with there, however Michael is reluctant to commit. She answers emails within 24hrs, he takes 1-2 days. Just my 2 cents as a business owner and how to keep customers happy. :)

Yep, have emailed him as well and no reply, will call tomorrow and if do not hear back will find another company to go with. Ironically I bought my bumper from Pelfreybilt instead of Heftyfabworks being Pelfrey seemed to have better customer service, guess I may of been wrong. At the end of the day having a good product gets some customers however having great customer service keeps and creates even more customers and real brand awareness.

Curious, who else makes a battery cage? I didn't realize there were others on the market.
