I've also avoided commenting on this thread, but at this point I don't see how dragging [MENTION=124732]LawnDart[/MENTION] into this via personal attacks on his build or the brands he represents solves anything. This thread is going downhill quick.

Yes, it's true that Isaac was involved in bringing this rear bumper through development, but to call him out on being opportunistic or having inside knowledge to sell his truck before anything came to light is a bit of a stretch. In fact, if you scroll past a few pages you'll see that before the bankruptcy was even announced he was calling out Pelfrey on their poor communication regarding these issues. Isaac even reached out to me directly as soon as the bankruptcy paperwork was released so I could let my friends know what was happening. To claim that he knew anything more than what he let on, and used this knowledge to sell his truck is bullshit. He's been talking about selling his 4Runner since last April.

Shut it down...there seems to be one asshat with an axe to grind that came out of the woodwork and doesn't have the balls to show his face.

The fact that it's being done to a respected community member in a public forum is unwarranted and unnecessary.

Again, if someone has proof of wrong doing or collusion...show it or stfu.

After my original post in this thread, a reply post suggested I should post it on TacomaWorld since there people there need advice as well... So I did that here and wrote in depth on ACH/Credit/Debit rules and scenarios various people are in, including information to importantly consider if you are listed and receiving the Bankruptcy notice

I highly suggest reading that thread from start to finish. TL/DR, you should still dispute regardless of whether or not you are listed / have received the BK notice.

This was the last piece of valuable information in this thread pertaining to the subject of people trying to deal with the issue at hand.... 5 pages ago....

Unless this thread gets reverted to posting information about getting money back from banks, or any other forward progress with Pelfreybuilt, I too vote that this thread gets closed down.

I have started a new thread that is just for information in the hopes that some of these people can recoup some of their money. INFORMATION ONLY!! Any other personal attacks regarding Pelfreybilt will result in infractions. Please work together to help these guys.
