Just did the sealed tranny on my 04 V8, bought 4' of 3/8 clear hose and replaced the one that came with the pump, there was minor leakage like a drop that I would collect in the bottle cap and dump back in the bottle but otherwise had the easiest time doing a full flush, took 12.5 qt until it ran red.
Old fluid was dark reddish and still smelled fine
bought 16 WS pack on ebay, so still have a few left for the next 30 k flush n fill
