Picked up another set of rims and tires.

So I started off a few months ago with my mothers old 2000 Limited and now I'm on my 3rd set of wheels!

Here it is when I got it in April with stock rims/tires.

Few weeks later adding the 2012, 265/70/17.

Last month with the 17's and 3" toytec lift.

Now today with 17" Gunmetal Tundra wheels and 285/70/17 BF TA KO style tires.

Those are just BFG TA KO carcasses.. probably Treadwright's retreads with the Goodyear MTR tread pattern. I forget what Treadwright calls 'em.

Correct, I just picked them up today. Basically paid nothing for them, traded some old tires i had sitting around for them. I'm going to see how I like them.

Called Guard Dogs (they REALLY have to change their names if they want to build their reputation).


I have a set and like them. Work well on the road (with noise), good on gravel if you like lots of rocks thrown, and exceptional off-road. I have yet to get into a lot of mud and hope to keep it that way, but they do crawl out of water holes and rocky hills without issue.

Those new split spoke Tundra rims are sick! I totally dig.

I liked the 5th gen wheels, but Tundra split spokes are by far the best looking wheel on the 3rd gen. I may be biased. I have gunmetal splits too. :bluejump:
