Plasti Dip the Emblems on Super White

[WHITE-OUT]

My first go around with Plasti Dip and it was great like so many others have posted.

Did the SR5s

Over all I think it really improved the look. Now I just need to figure something out for the Roof Rails.

good choice man. I am just not a fan of chrome. I did the emblems on my Mag Gray 15 with the anthracite colored plasti-dip and then the roof rails and caps with flat black.

Using the Search technique up in the stickies, search for "plasti dip" and you'll find more than you care to read. Same thing on Utube, and on P-D's web page.

A few things I learned by T & E: Use many coats, don't spray from too far away, spray from several angles, and peel within 1 hr of the last coat.

Hey white-out, looks awesome. Here's my question, because I see you're in GA: does anyone have experience with plastidipping in cold weather? Let's say I take antmans advice and keep the cans in warm water. Will it be ok if what I'm painting is cold? Thanks!

Phil, I've seen all the videos and done the search, don't need the goggle search or link lecture . . . Been there done that.

I'm asking how HE masked it, seen it done using a variety of techniques, so far I've tried a couple. Now I'd like to know how HE masked it.

I think plastidipping the roof rails black like the other chrome would look sick, or maybe removing them if you didn't ever use them. I saw a post of that and it looked really slick, but just not for me.
