Plastic Body Cladding

I've been having this issue since I bought the car - my 4Runner's cladding is coming off, only on the driver's and front passenger's doors. Everywhere else is fine. And it's only coming off in the front, near the door. Can I do this repair at home? Also, what type of clips are necessary? And tape? I've seen threads for people doing a fix on their cladding that was damaged, but never a panel coming off. Here's pics:
