Plastic Fog light opening cover WANTED

We hit a bucket that fell of a stupid work truck in our 2000 4Runner and it cracked the turn signal and knocked out the plug that covers the opening where the optional fog light. I ordered a new turn signal but I'm having a bear of a time finding an insert cover for that opening. If anyone has one I'd love to get it from you.
