Is there anyone in the Harrisonburg VA area that could let me barrow a jack and jack stand and perhaps a few tools?
I'm in a bad way. Long story short, I'm down here on vacation with my grandmother, mother, wife, and son. We are from MD. We are staying at Massanutten Resort. I have a brake line and caliper failure. I just had tires put on Tuesday and the shop damaged the hardline to the caliper which has caused it to fail (and almost kill 4 generation of my family) I'll spare the details for now.
I am having the Runner towed to where I am staying at Massanutten. Tomorrow I will go out first thing to find part and tools to make the repairs to get home.
Things I need..
5th gen front Dr side caliper (Found in stock at advance auto)
Hard or flex brake line, whatever can get me home.
Jack and jackstands
17mm Wench, or socket and wrench
Braker bar
8mm/10mm line wrench, standard wrench will work too
Brake fluid.
If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it, and will compensate you for you trouble. Thanks guys, wish me luck!
