Please help! Where can I get this part?

1987 Runner. I'm 98% done installing the OME 2" lift rear leafs. There is a spacer sleeve required for the forward mounting bolt that is part of the old bushing. The OME bushing kit requires you to order them separate and I did not. ARB does not have any and wont for a while. Apparently it's only the stateside trucks that require this sleeve. The truck is in pieces and I need these sleeves. What i need is a steel tube with an OD of 18mm, ID of 14 MM and OAL of 69mm. I'm sure folks that have done these springs know what Im talking about. Any ideas?! Thanks!

14mm ID is pretty close to 9/16. Ive used these sleeves in mines. The OD fits perfectly with an 18mm bushing.

So I didn't want to wait so I heated the factory sleeves with a torch and pushed them out and used em. A little snug but they worked. Thanks for the info though!
