Please Help

Yesterday a tragedy struck my wife. On her way to go pay our rent she was assaulted and robbed. As she was getting into her moms lifted chevy she has been borrowing someone came from around the back of the truck and stole her purse from off her arm. Whe this P.O.S. of a man ripped her purse off her arm it pulled her out of the truck and she fell hitting her head and face on the floor of the truck as she fell to the ground. I am not usually one to ask for help but we dont know what else to do. She created a go fund me page and we are asking for any help possible. Did you file a police report? If so do you mind sharing the police report # and reported department for those of us wanting to verify an incident did in-fact occur. Not that I don't believe you just that I don't give $ without verification that the story is legit.

I understand your concern we didn't file one because the store didn't have cameras and she didn't see anything but a black flash of this guys hoodie. So there wasn't enough info for the police to do anything. Sooo she didn't file one. No disrespect taken I understand there are a lot of scammers out there that take advantage of good hearted people. Which makes it harder for good people to get help when they need it.

Just so you know you always file a police report. No madder what. If this guy attacks another person and you filed report and they catch him then you could help putting him away. I thought the exact same thing as these guys but didnt post yesterday. If you dont report, then it didnt happen in the eyes of others and the court. Its just how the world works.

I am having her file it today. Just for this reason. Ill update with that information later.
