Potential part out 1998 4x4 with REAR DIFF LOCK

So I blew the motor out of my 01 and need a new motor. I have found a salvage title rig that has the rear diff lock that I was thinking about buying and using the motor and a few other things into mine. Ten I would part out the rest of the rig. What is the going rate for a good tested rear end with the diff lock? It would have the tranny and transfer as well as the other things you would have with a part out.
