power seat issue after lift

here goes.....so after I installed the SS1.2 lift the first time I "repelled" out of the drivers seat off came both knobs. pushed em back on, second time making the descent both knobs gone one to never be seen again. I'd be fine without em but no kidding half of my shorts have tears in the butt from snagging on the remnants! anyone got a fix?

1 - weld on rock sliders to step on and do your exit launch off of.

2 - build a butt slider and screw it in above the knobs you are catching on.
