power steering rack decision

Looks like Erica Su needs a new power steering rack. Rack leaks badly. driver side outer tie rod end has some play and I get noticeable movement in the shaft itself when I put pressure on the tire.

Good news I have a rack on the donor vehicle I bought that has no visible leaks and appears tight. that vehicle has 200,000 miles on it.

Here is the decision. what all do I replace? I am thinking I need to at least replace the inner and outer bearings. not horribly expensive and needs an alignment anyway. Is it worth going through the process and using a rack that has possibly 200,000 miles on it? Do I break down and buy a re-manufactured rack for about 250? that comes with inner bearings. Any other options?

I found this rack on carsteering.com for only $209, and it's brand new! Too early to tell if its any good as I just installed it yesterday, however it looks just like a new Toyota rack minus the updated rack guide that's on the 01 and 02 models. Comes with inner tie rods too

If you can get OEM stay with OEM. Many aftermarket racks fail in a few months to few years.
McGeorge toyota dealership got OEM rack for $498.

Salvage yard. Got one for $100 no issues. Kept the old to rebuild at some point should I want to.

I think I will use rack from donor vehicle with new OEM tie rod bearings

if you have to go new for whatever reason, I bought this one on ebay, great quality, working as intended and put a lot of mileage since I replaced mine. 160$ plus shipping and new bushings are included already installed.
