Preparing to sell - Thoughts Please

I'll be putting my 4runnner up for sale within the next week or so and wanted some feedback on what to ask for it.
I will be taking my spacers and HID's out (to use for my new 4runner).
I haven't done much to it because I knew I'd be selling for another and didn't want to put more money into mods.

So this is all that's been done...and what it currently has.
2007 Natural White V6 SR5
98K Miles

Sport Wheels
Hankook Dynapro ATM 265 65 17 (purchased Oct 11)
Paint to match mirrors, grille and running boards
3rd Row Seating
Tow package
Bugflector
20% front tint

KBB .suggests $17 in Really Good and $16.5 in Good condition. Local dealers are asking around $18

I'd say start at 18,500 so you have some room to nogotiate.

My guess, after looking at some Nebraska listing, is that $17K will move it fast.
Should get even more from an individual if you are in no big hurry.

I'd have to remove the heavy tint from the front windows (illegal in GA) and lose the bug deflector.

(and do a close rust check based on your previous posts)

i would list it at $17,000 personally. those prices are pretty cheap, trucks and SUV's in the south are crazy expensive still.

I am not in any hurry to sell it, though I'd like to get moving on my goals for the next, so I don't want to sit on it long either.
I do have a small area under the rear door that has started to rust.Right now it's very tiny. I've been tending to it to keep it down but they use salt on our roads which doesn't help.

I'm with 2003...list it at 18.5 and then be willing to drop some. The 3rd row makes it more rare and more marketable than the regular. I wish I had the 3rd row especially with my growing family...2nd due in 2 weeks!

I'll tell you now though, the 3rd row seating does not do well with children over the age of 3 It's tight back there!
