Pretty hot passenger side floor....

hello everybody. just took our first long trip with our 05 V8 limited. pulling a 3000 Lb. camping trailer. Just driving easy about 90-100 kM/h through some rolling hills. the wife noticed that the passenger side floor got very warm / hot on the way back. Just wondering if this is normal?

see if your heat shield for the exhaust came off, it's right under the pass floor
