PRO-TRUCK LIFT SYSTEM (Stage 1)

Hey all,
Looking at Eibach PRO-TRUCK LIFT SYSTEM (Stage 1)

It's +2.75 front and +1 Rear.

My question is, will we need UCAs for this?
I've been getting mixed reviews all over the boards saying yes/no/maybe/maybe not. From what I could gather from the census, a lift of 3" or higher NEEDs new UCAs, while anything under 3" does perfectly fine without them. Then some say it actually depends on the lift system your getting.

So, if anyone has the Eibach system, do you have new UCAs? And if not, hows it running?

I don't have the Eibach Pro lift, but was highly considering it before I decided on Bilstein 6112/5160 setup.

A) If you can afford it, the Bilstein set up is going to be better for off roading, they are beefier shocks.
B) If you can afford it, get UCA's. Dobinson's UCA's are relatively cheap and require minimal maintenance. I went with the SPC's and am super happy with them so far, but they do require adding grease to the ball joints a few times per year, depending on usage. UCA's willl give you additional wheel travel and will assist in alignment, to me very worth it.

That being said, I have seen a bunch of folks on the Eibach Pro thread here without UCA's and they seem happy.

I have the Eibach kit. UCAs are not required.

The Truck will drive so much better with 4.0 caster and you need UCA's to get there.

UCA's are not needed but might be nice to have for larger tires down the line.

My Eibach kit should be here Friday. Going to run stock UCA's for now unless I run into alignment issues after install.

Was planning on going with 285/75/17s why would your tire size effect the UCAs?
