Problem with light output after installing HID’s

Recently installed XD HID 4300k. My problem is the passenger side output is not even close to as bright as the drivers side. When I was adjusting the headlight aim the passenger side mechanism broke (which is not a big deal to me if they are slightly uneven) would this have any affect on light output? Any ideas what else I could try?

Something doesn’t seem right. I’d email this to Xenon Depo and have them take a look, I’m sure they’ll steer you straight.

They should be equally as bright each side. Try standing in front of one or the other to make sure the light isn't casting to the side making only one hotspot or something crazy like that, could be that one of the bulbs isn't seated properly in the housing?

Maybe you got one XD "bulb" and one Philips?
I know the XD's are noticeably not as bright or full as the Philips.

What was the outcome? I'm having similar issues with a new XD Philips kit.

Are you guys using the aftermarket wiring kit or just connecting the ballast and bulb to the stock wiring?
