Problems with 2013 4runner limited

Remote start failed dealer can't fix. Both front elect seat tracks failed still waiting for dealer to get new tracks in. I expected more amenities with limited model like memory dr seat, remote folding mirrors, auto lift gate, rear DVD player, and largest point of all More comfortable Seats mine are hard as Rocks. The toy trucks have great cushioned seats, Why hasn't Toyota made these changes. Here it is 2014 and still no Led lights what gives.
