Been looking for months trying to get something I like plus no markups and other mumbo jumbo these dealers are doing these days.

Got a 22 TRD ORP with XP package. Paid MSRP but that was it. They had a markup but I played them against another dealer and took it off. Had my down payment ready to go. Plus my credit union check. Went in and was out of there under 1 hour. It’s basically paying cash since the dealer only is ther to sell it me. Didn’t waste time with extra stuff at finance room as well. Added bonus I recently moved from CA to NC so saved on some taxes lol.

Happy to start this adventure with my wife and 3 year old son who couldn’t be more ecstatic. He loves trucks.

We are Montana residents. Still have two homes in CA, neither are rentals. Given that the XP package is just appearance, I would have zero interest. Car is a tool, not something to stroke my ego with.

What’s the XP package?

It's a package that SET (SouthEast Toyota) a regional distributor, puts on vehicles for ADP (Additional Dealer Profit).

It sells, so some people must like it. There's nothing wrong with that if people like the package, and maybe want to roll those accessories into the total price.
