Pulling Left???

I just had an alignment done 2 months ago. Dealer replaced drivers side inner tie rod and said everything else was good. Drove great till about 2 weeks ago started pulling left. I haven't had time to get under it yet.

What do the rack units typically do when they fail?

98 Limited 202,000 miles

Maybe a brake cylinder is seized up on one side? My rack has almost 280,000 on it and it's still doing fine.
