That is really neat. I've lost my username for YouTube so I can't comment there. What is that LED light stick? What bait are you using?
My 14 year old son used his own money to buy a GoPro a couple of weeks ago and he's making some great surfing and fishing videos. We have crab pots. In NC we use chicken necks and we crab in shallow water. Maybe we'll get a viddy of some blue crabs next weekend.

Do it, love to see it, people around here use chicken, but it doesnt catch as good as a salmon carcas.

That is cool as heck. Sig Hansen and the rest of the boys on Deadliest Catch should follow with a lapse time video in their pots.
The leftover Chinese I am about to eat is now as appealing to my stomach as eating an old tire. I'd love some crab.
On the East Coast it is mostly chicken necks but old fish works just as well if not better for bait.
The problem with trying to do a GoPro shoot here in the OBX is people steal crab traps all the time and the water is nowhere as clear as in the PNW.
I once found a cheap non working Rolex in a crab trap.

well, its a prototypish thing thats not available yet, they should be available to the public in the future.
