My Son (12) thinks that is cool. But he does have a question: What happens when you brake, does the person in the sledmobile (or what ever) stop in time before it hits the 4Runner??? 
I look at the picture and think that is one freezing ass place.

Wasn't too cold of a day that day, it was about -10c.
Now it's -30c today.
I first did the towing thing when I was about 11, behind a skidoo. I found the truck to be more fun, as there isn't as much snow in the face. Should give it a go with your boy, it's a blast!

Do you have problems, like the engine block freezing or the grease in the fittings freezing? Or maybe even the metal in the frame freezing and cracking over a bump?Nope, no problems at all. I have a block heater, battery warmer, winter front. Just leave her plugged in overnight and the engine is ready to rock. Around -40 or so I will put a fleece blanket over the engine, just as to help trap the heat inside that is put off from the battery warmer.
The truck gets a bit sluggish and stiff in the morning, as the fluids are very thick. Sure wish I had a garage

Damn that's cold
Man I get worried about just parking outside when it is below 50 F, I can't imagine leaving my baby outside at -40 F, even with all that heating equipment. I would have to have a garage!
You can never build too big or too nice a garage, as you have to have somewhere to go when the wife throws you out of the house!

I love having my garage. It isn't quite as big as I would like but at least it stays warm during the winter and cool during these brutal southern summers. When they were building the house, I insulalted all walls around the garage and then insulated the doors when they were done.

That was from the summer and into late fall. My partner and I had one in Birmingham for the entire summer for different promotional events, in town and out of town. She had it half the time and I had it the other half. When my wife was out of town, it stayed in her spot. It's pretty fun to have around.:driving:
