Question about fitting shocks/struts from gen4???

Does anyone know if the factory tokcio shocks/struts from a 2007 SR5 (Gen 4) would fit on a 2001 or 2002 LE (Gen 3)???

How about the springs?

I've got a set with less than 10,000 mi. on it, and there are two guys with Gen 3's who are interested.
