questions about removing back panel of rear seats

For those that have done this already. Can someone tell me if it is difficult/easy to remove the back panels that protect the backside of the rear seats when they are folded down (they also have anchor points on them). To me they look like they would pop out from random connectors.

I wanted to ask before I started to yank away.

I was thinking of making a waterproof cover to fit onto the backs when I fold them down and have my bikes in there.

I went ahead and pulled them out. If anyone ever wondered they're just held in by plastic expansion pins.

Just saw your post. Sry, couldn't help earlier. But, yes you just pop it off. Are those driving lights behind your lower grille HID's? Any problems with heat?
