Questions about service schedule in Colorado

I have a 2015 4Runner Limited. Pretty soon it will need a 30000 mile service. Up until this point it's basically been oil changes and tire rotations. I do my own tire rotation, but the oil changes were covered by Toyota Care.

When I was at AutoNation Toyota vehicle they explained, or tried to convince me, that Colorado is listed as a severe driving conditions state. They outlined several additional services that should be performed at 30000 miles. The services included colon oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter, Engine air filter, change all four wheel drive fluids, wipers, alignment, 44k three-pack, multi-point inspection.

I'll attach a picture of their service / price sheet and the Toyota maintenance log.

Rotating the tires, changing air cleaners and changing wiper blades are all things I would do myself. The air cleaners are way cheaper on Amazon and for the wipers I just get Toyota refills.

The 44k fuel treatment seems like an upsell. They're great products and I have used them before to fix injector issues. I don't see the use in something like that with only 30,000 miles on the car.

I'm also on the fence with the alignment. I rotate my own tires every 5000 miles. I also use the standard 5 wheel rotation, not the Toyota 5 wheel rotation. I constantly check my tire pressure and ensure where is even. My 4Runner does not pull and drives fine.

Changing differential and transfer case fluid at 30,000 miles also seems a little extreme to me. This 4Runner is nothing more than daily driver and taking trips to Winter Park and at times Crested Butte.

What are people's thoughts to the so-called enhanced service the due to Colorado's extreme conditions?

So, here is my story and what I suggest.

I bought a 2012 TE and I got screwed with my salesman only given me the valet key and not having any other keys. When I went in for my 55,000 mile service, the service guy asked me why I put "severe" driving as the service, which would mean an oil change. I told him per what it says on the website, I fall under "severe". He says no, only if you tow a lot or off road a lot, like daily. I was like nice, I appreciate the honesty, he says no problem, just get oil changed every 10,000 and your good. Then I gave him my key "valet" and he asks why I have my valet key. I told him that's all I got. He says, hey, when I was a salesman, we had to give the customer a valet key, key fob for any certified pre owned vehicle. I was like, ok, left my vehicle with him and went searching for a sales manager. Found one and told him I only had a valet key. He wrote me a service request form and said to go to parts and get a key, have them cut it and then come back to have it programmed. Did that, came back and they cut the key wrong, had to get new key and because they didn't have the original "master" had to reset the key system (which was great for not having keys out there that could still work). Then came out with my new keyfob all programmed! Key and programming free! I was blessed to have one honest employee help me out.

Long story short, unless you tow with it a lot, off road on dirty roads a lot, you have normal driving habits!
