Questions Underhood (pics)

Was checking the oil and decided to pop off the engine cover to clean underneath it and noticed 2 other things...

1. A single shiny bolt. Does that mean my head has been off? (149k miles, 2005, no mention of any HG work in the records).

2. Back of the engine, where is that short vacuum tube supposed to go?

Any insight anyone could add would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Second pic is your fuel pressure regulator, supposed to hook up to your air box, look on the backside of the air box and you'll see a small nipple.

first pic is an AC condenser hard line, should be a green cap on it, can't remember if its the high or low pressure side

Appreciated, but I knew that one. :)

I meant the actual bolt on the engine, one is very shiny, the others all are equally rusted. Just wondered if that was an indication of the heads being off at some point even though I have no indication of that in the records.

ahhh i misinterpreted. it could be as simple as a rusted bolt that got replaced, usually you can replace individual bolts without breaking the seal of the gasket
