Quick heater question

Kinda confused by this but wanted to get some peoples input before I go digging around after work today. Hop in my truck last night, allowed it to heat up to operating temperature, turn on the heater and cold air comes out... never had a problem in the past with any Toyota heater that I have ever owed. Well I don't think too much about it so this morning I turn it back on and it works like a charm. My initial thought is thermostat stuck open but the vehicle temp gauge reads normal. Could there be loose wiring in the heater control module? Perhaps a slight vacuum leak? Its a 00” Limited with the digital climate control. Any input is greatly appreciated.

That second thread yields some very intersting things. I'm going to have to check all of my sensors before I go digging around more. The unit itself has never shown signs of failure though. The lights/ buttons all work flawlessly. On the other hand ever since I installed my Cobra CB in the ash tray spot my radio lights have been hosting their own rave while I drive down the street. I assume its the wiring being pinched behind the CB unit. Maybe this is the source of my heater problem. Thanks for the ideas!
