R150F - about ready to take a sledge hammer to this thing

Well... my 5 speed is pissing me off. In short I can not find parts for this thing. 1998 R150F. I need a 1st gear synchro from my deduction. Transmission would barely engage in my parts car and grind when letting the clutch out and never fully engage - I pulled the shifter and looked at the bushing and cup
And they look fine - figured it needs a synchro but alas the internet had failed to come up with a rebuild kit for this POS.

Anyone want to point me in a good direction that won't cost more than my parts truck did?

I figure I'll just disassemble this thing when I get back from training and see but I'd rather not have it disassembled in my garage while I paint my 73 challenger

well - i think I have just decided to say screw it - I'll just throw the trans in when i get back to finish the swap - can always source another trans when in the mean time... I have been putting off this swap forever - I have all the 4x4 stuff swapped except for the transfer case and trans - so may as well just get the trans stuff swapped over and get it done.
