Didn't find anything via the search function on this, but looks like an interesting alternative to just replacing my shocks and struts on the '03 4x4 while getting 'free' lift. I'm guessing this is not the best way to go for true off-roading, but if I just want to put on bigger tires is it a reasonable options compared to a cornfed lift kit?

$400 for the front pair and $150 for the rear pair - $550 total. I was looking at the Monroe Reflex as stock replacements and those were about $300 total, so the lift and some adjustabilty is an additional $250.

As I wanted to replace the stock shocks anyway, it seems like a no-brainer if it actually lifts as advertised and the ride is any good.

Bilstein has something like this too (same idea), but I don't know if it's available for the 4Runner. I remember seeing it marketed for the Tacoma.

That's what I liked about it with my 16" stock wheels - its a good option that looks like it was developed/tested with that size in mind.

I'm also interested if someone can comment on the ride on this ..specially those who also have experiences with spacer lifts.
As we can see the coil is short..simple physics can tell that the ride could be bouncy??compared to other coilovers.

dont you have to use your stock springs with the quicklift.? if so, that means taking them apart. for 400 a set up front, why not spend 2-300 more & just bolt in some adj. coilovers ? i dont know about these ranchos but ive had that brand on other vec. & never cared for the ride + blew a couple off road. just my opinion.

I just wanted to know how the in cab adjustablity was. I always like to keep an open mind. Even though I am about 99% sure I am going with the OME lift. Just need the money...lol
