I'm sorry but I don't know enough about the 4th gen T4R to say if it could be done or not.
It takes quite a bit of R&D to make these happen as you can see from the length of time this thread has been going.
It is also difficult for me to keep flipping in between forums so I have to ask you to please message me on TW if you are interested.
I've also templated for basic mesh kits to fit the 5th gen application as well:

Looks good! Did you consider removing all the chrome and centering it up on some mesh? Nice truck

I think there's too much going on in the front end. Something else has to go. Whether it's the chrome, the wing, the emblem, I don't know. But if you like it, it doesn't matter.
