i think youre the first person on here ive seen intentionally install running boards haha. nice ride though, looks like mine with nicer flares

well when iu bought it the night i got home i realized the passenger side running board was dry roted and was falling off.

looks good man! i intentionally installed nerf bars on mine too but now i'm kind of sick of them... LOL

keep us updated on your mods. this site will make you very very poor but very rich with a sick looking mods to make it YOUR truck

im saving up for my lift right now.
im gunna get the 3" toyotec ome
front 881 and rear 891
with the 1" body lift

then
285/75/16 dynapro mts
**** cepick torque wheels

and im going to paint the silver trim flat black
 
Any suggestions on tire mounts? i dont wanna do a custom bumper.
nor do i want to do a roof rack. any thing?

That pretty much leaves you with the cargo space in the back, the top of the hood and the front bumper.
 
Nice to see a fellow Nerf Bar owner! BTW, if you have any welding skills, or know someone who does......you can build a tire carrier off your towing package like I did!

looks good, how did you get the toyota badge off the hatch ?

I was able to remove all of the other trunk badges . But seems like something is holding the main toyota emblem on there.

I dont want to break it.

i used a heat gun and fishing line.
i think the main one has to notches where it goes into the actualy back hatch.
i accidently just broke the two notches

Yes besides the mounting tape on the back of the badge, there are two pins holding it in place..get the mounting tape unstuck, then just pry the badge from the location of the pins..give it a wiggle and it will come off.
