Rear 5100 / Daystar 1.5 issue

I recently installed 5100s with a daystar 1.5" spacer in the rear.
I noticed after install that the boot on my passenger side looks different than on the driver side. My passenger side boot looks like it's "compressed" all the time. I didn't think much of it until I went to go jack up the rear of my truck today and noticed my passenger side doesn't droop down, or extend as far as my driver side. Any insight as to what is wrong here? I'm guessing that Bilstein is binded up somehow and not fully extending? Hopefully these pics can explain what's going on.

Looks like your driveway is slanted down on the left which may tilt the jack or where the jack is not flat or even on the pumkin. Try one side at a time or a flat surface.

Your boot is just zip tied. Slide it up some and it will match the other. As far as droop, its just where and how its jacked up. Pan hard bar and other things will mess with it.

I think you just need to push the boot up and all will be well.

Put it on jack stands, as long you are lifting by the rear diff it is susceptible to looking uneven. Measure the wheel travel once the wheels are off the ground using jack stands

Those boots slide down as the suspension travels and dont' really slide back up. I eventually took my boots off because they were collecting dirt/mud off-road

Thanks for the replies. I will measure travel with the jack stands under the frame to make sure. I will also try to slide the boot up.
