Rear Axle Bearing Question.

Hey guys, it's time to do my rear axle seals and bearings. Did some research and have 2 questions:

1.) A couple of guys are using Nachi bearings but there are 2 different part numbers, 6302-2NSL and 6302-2NSE which one is the right one for my 98?

2.) I know Nachi makes them for Toyota but are these the exact same quality? the price is about half, am I paying extra for a pretty box that says Toyota?

OEM toyota Nachi will spin freely when inserted into the axle shaft. Other Nachi bearing will be bit tight after inserting into the shaft. the letters after the number stands for the bearing cover type example: plastic, metal etc.,

I think the bearing is 6308 and not 6302. I did the rear axle seals a week ago, and about to write a thread about it. Make sure you have the axle seals from the dealer and keep those in the freezer overnight. Also purchase a seal driver from Harborfreight tools.
