rear brake question

I just recently purchased a 05 SE T4R and had 1500 miles on it. I notice a noise

If it were me, I would tell them to replace the rotors for NEW ones and also replace the calipers NEW. They have some balls to cut half the life out of rotors on a brand new vehicle. You should have a vehicle that works and sounds just like any other NEW 4Runner. It's time to get in their ass!
