Rear Bumper Build

Ok now that the supercharger is out of the way I have time to focus on the bumper again. While on hold I purchased some flush mount LED pods and plasma cut the holes out. I tapped threads into the bumper and bolted them directly in. Please excuse my ugly D-ring welds...that is what a grinder is for :)

Currently no. I have one issue to fix on the angle iron trusses. Since they are overlapping one edge is 3/16" lower and when you tighten the bolts to the frame is wants to start warping a little. You can notice a slight flex when I stand on the bumper and jump up and down on it but all of this should be resolved when I drill two large bolts horizontally through the frame.
