rear diff bout to blow, options?

Front pinion bearing was worn. He said that it was because it is the farthest away from where the oil sat. He is replacing both of them. Said that I caught it just in time before some more serious damage occurred. So ready to get out of this 91 Mazda b2200. POS compared to the ole 4runner.

front and rear pinion bearings replaced. problem solved. timing belt, water pump, bearings, and im ready for a lonngggg road trip. where to from ole south carolina?

havent got the invoice yet (pickin up later after work), but a little under 500 for labor + parts. i was reallllllly hoping for less, but i trust the work so i cant complain i suppose. he also put some axle seals and said that he was surprised they havent blown out on me yet (182k miles). so anyways im as happy as i can be. really happy that im not gonna have to drive this crappy 1990 mazda b2200 on the interstate anymore (SCARY).
