Rear door speakers question

I have some decent (and brand new) 5.25" co-axs I'd like to use in the rear doors. Can someone recommend the proper adapters to use for the opening. Thanks!

I made my own out of high density plastic cutting boards.

These guys seem to do a good amount of Toyota stuff. I haven't ever used them, so that is just from what I've read.

Seem like nice pieces. I probably could make my own. I might consider that.

From the Tacoma that I used to own:

Used the factory speakers as templates for the outside cut and a router with a circle cutting jig for the inside. Should be very similar idea for the 4Runner.

you can use it, just make the adapter, but instead of the cutout for 6 1/2 , itll be a small 4+ inch hole for the 5 1/4 speaker.
