Look like you have a limited and yes mines is the same, it's a pita to clean sometimes especially if you like goin thru mud pits/puddles, it gets on the sides panels and looks like crap when you open the door, but then again there is the weather strip lining that wraps around and WONT let it in the interior

I'm not sure how the Limited fender flares are supposed to look. The best advice I can give you is to keep the area of the door clean and waxed often to prevent rust.
As for that hole, you mean the one in the frame in the 2nd pic? That is a crossmember of the frame. You will see that hole on the other side. It is a tube.

Yeah that hole is just a crossmember I don't know why they used a brace that is round but you should see it on the other side of the frame as well. Every so often when at the self spray and wash I will shoot the nozzle in there and clean out all the settled debris that gets caught in there.

Yeah, I shot those areas every time I clean. The cross-member on mine is a lee bit easier to get to since it's lifted a bit. I shot it through with the hose (as well as most of the under carriage and suspension, wheel wells, etc.) after a heavy mud event....
I do clean it a lot. I also spray the underbody and almost anything that's rusty with FLUID FILM can spray.
What is that tube for? I don't know it's purpose. Is it safe to just hose it down with water at the car wash?
